This HAPPY bundle goes perfectly with the Happy Notes book. All the projects in the book were made with this bundle and Kona Cotton solids as background fabrics.
Happy Notes Sampler
Want to make the Happy Notes Sampler? Go for the Big Sampler kit. Also choose a ‘Background fabric’ and ‘Extra fabric for details’ in the list below to receive the fabric for the grey and white details. This quilt measures 63 x 84 inch. You will receive two Fat Quarter bundles with this kit.
Smaller sampler
As a bonus project in the book I created a smaller sampler. This quilt measures 43 x 56 inch and can be made with one Fat Quarter bundle and 2.75m (3 yard) background fabric.
Background Fabric
The Sampler quilt in the book is made on Kona Cotton Bone. Other great options are Dove, a very light grey and Graphite, a bold dark grey.
For the large sampler you will need 5.5 meter (6 yard) of background fabric. For the small sampler you will need 2.75m (3 yard) This can be added in the list below.
Backing
These backing kits go perfect with this quilt.
Binding
The quilt needs 20 inch x width of fabric for binding. Check out the binding fabric section to see if there is anything you like.
Quilting
This quilt as shown in the book was quilted with an overall circle pattern. For this I used the Every Circle set by Amanda Murphy.
