Imagine 24 days of giving yourself a daily moment of joy, while creating a wonderful colorful project with quilters from all over the world.

That is Sugaridoo Advent.

From the 1st of December you can open a digital drawer of the calendar daily, which will lead you to a video, part of the pattern, a blog post or a digital goodie.

On Christmas Eve, you will have a finished project!

Digital Advent Project 2026
Here are the details about the Digital Edition of Advent 2026:
– Technique: Foundation Paper Piecing (suitable for beginners!)
– Daily videos and blog posts guiding you through the project.
– Slow paced so you can actually finish by Christmas
– Online community, which includes participants with the digital and physical Advent calendar.

Materials needed
To make the Advent project you will need basic supplies like a sewing machine, thread, rotary cutter, ruler, cutting mat and your favorite tools for foundation paper piecing. You will receive a list of needed fabrics two weeks before the start of Advent. As a participant in the Digital Edition you are free to choose your own fabrics, I will give suggestions of different colors schemes that work with the project.

Important: By joining the Digital Edition you accept to keep the fabric list to yourself to not spread any spoilers for quilters with the physical Advent Calendar.
